Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We offer full refunds for all merchandise discounted up to 20%. Once discounted more than 20% it will be a final sale.

All returns must be received back in our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days all sales are final and we will refuse the package.
All sale items will be final sale.

Any returns that are past the 14 day return period will not be accepted by our returns department and will be returned to sender. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1 business day.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package
Merchandise may not be worn or washed.
Merchandise may not have any scents or animal hairs.
Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Hair accessories: hair clips, headbands, scrunchies, hats, and beanies.
Accessories such as: sunglasses, jewelry, purses, stationary, nail polishes, lip-glosses, games, pillows, toys, backpacks, keychains and any other item considered an accessory.
Underwear and all undergarments
Sale and clearance items are final and may not be returned. No exceptions.
All holiday related items are final sale.

You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.
