However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
  • We offer full refunds for all merchandise discounted up to 20% off. Anything over 20% off will be a final sale.
  • All returns must be received back in our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date.  After 14 days all sales are final.
  • Merchandise may not be worn or washed.
  • Merchandise may not have any scents or animal hairs.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Final sale items include :
    • Face mask and mask chains
    • Hair accessories: hair clips, headbands, scrunches, hats, and beanies
    • Accessories such as: sunglasses, jewelry, purses, pool floats, stationary, nail polishes, lip-glosses, coloring supplies, games, toys, backpacks, keychains and any other item considered an accessory.
    • Underwear
    • Sale and clearance items are all final sale and may not be returned.
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.

You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.
